# Benefits Realisation Plan

Use this companion view to plan benefits before entering them in the editable workbook.

## Six-step use

1. Define the benefit or disbenefit and name its beneficiary.
2. Set a dated baseline and target.
3. Name the benefit owner and measurement owner.
4. Link dependencies and assumptions to the benefit hypothesis.
5. Plan review points, evidence, and the next decision.
6. Retire honestly when the end condition is met or the case no longer holds.
