# Agile template pack

Copy these templates into your own notes. They structure a discussion; they do not approve a decision, estimate a benefit, or replace the people with authority for safety, privacy, finance, or delivery.

## 1. Uncertainty and feedback canvas

- **Work to decide:**
- **What might be wrong or change:**
- **Smallest safe usable result:**
- **Who can provide relevant feedback:**
- **Evidence we would look for:**
- **Decision that evidence could change:**
- **Constraints that make an early test unsafe or unsuitable:**

## 2. Manifesto trade-off note

- **Situation:**
- **Two useful things in tension:**
- **Which value relationship is relevant:**
- **What remains valuable on the other side:**
- **Reason for the emphasis now:**
- **What evidence would make us revisit it:**

## 3. Approach rationale

- **Known facts and stable constraints:**
- **Important uncertainty:**
- **Speed and cost of feedback:**
- **Cost of late change:**
- **Proposed approach: predictive, adaptive, or hybrid:**
- **Boundary between predictable and experimental work:**
- **Owner and next review point:**

If you cannot name a safe feedback path, that is useful evidence for a more predictive approach. If you cannot name a fixed constraint, do not assume that adaptability removes governance.
